
This is #14 – but only #12 of the blocks that will be used in the final quilt.

Half way there – I’ve decided to make it 4×6 – 24 blocks. I am not going to join them like the Lucy Boston quilt – which has a row of white around each block. Since I have enlarged the pattern 150% that is just too much white. I am going to have to figure out a way to have just one row of white connectors. The three hexagons joining each block is easy – but the squares are going to be a bit more difficult. I envision a little square of assorted prints in the white square – or maybe black and white dots – way too soon to worry about that!
